The craft market on the 29th November was a great trial run for Black Sheep Studio & Art Gallery craft stalls. As it was my first ever craft stall I took it all as a very positive experience that I gained a lot from.
It went smoothly, the loading of the car and setting up the stall probably took the longest but I was really pleased with the set up. Black Sheep Studio and Art Gallery currently has 14 artists selling and displaying work so it was a challenge to get the right balance on the stall.
Despite it being deathly quiet (probably from the chaos of black friday the night before) a lot of networking was acheived and it was great to get the Black Sheep Studio & Art Gallery branding seen by new people.
The gentleman who organizes Brum Yum Yum - the Kings Heath food market, really liked my stall and offered me a place at the Christmas event they are doing on the 20th December. As soon as this is confirmed I will update with more info. This will be a great opportunity for any last minute Christmas shoppers!
This week I will be focusing on uploading what wasn't sold onto my online store. It should hopefully be live by the end of the week but do keep checking www.blacksheepstudioandartgallery.co.uk for updates.
There will be links to the artists websites too so you can view a wider selection of their work.
